Plenty of cereal and fruit at breakfast. Compact room, exceptionally comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathroom. Great and lovely location to the local pub or the main town, quiet atmosphere.

Everything was perfect, so were lovely views of the park. The staff were amicable and attentive. Had perfect and nice location near to beach.

Excellent amazing location, next to Peasholm park. For tea or coffee visit Forge Tea Rooms nearby. Breakfast with pancakes, different blends of tea, was more than adequate.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

Would stay here again on our next trip to Scarborough. The rooms are tastefully decorated and brand-new and the full English breakfast offered has a wide array of dishes. The setting is excellent, close to many shops, restaurants and pubs and the lake with parking on the drive and ample street parking available, very very nice area. Plus, it is at a medium distance from a landscaped park.

The room is stunning and beautiful and with coffee and tea making facilities, multi-channel television, and a seating area. The staff are lovely and wonderful as well as the host. Nice service, the breakfast is great.

Had the double room which was immaculate with a nice view on peasholm park. The hotel's location was marvellous and fab, next to the Open Air Theatre and the lovely North Bay, local to catch buses, and the beautiful Peasholm Park. Moreover, Scarborough cricket club was at a moderate distance from the place.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very limited.

Gorgeous hotel, I liked warm breakfast!

It had unbeatable location and attentive staff with the service we received from the B&B's owners. We was surprised at nearby Peaches 'n' Cream, they had some goodies, drinks.

Make sure you stay in the standard double room with view over peashome park. The location is marvellous, very close to the beach.

The place was wonderful and stunningly beautiful, nothing too much trouble, totally recommend. The location was excellent and wonderful directly opposite a beautiful park for one night in Scarborough. Moreover, we were 500 metres from the lake.

For a short stay it is a nice place to stay. The location is great, 5 minutes' walk to an outdoor theatre. Also, it is just next door to the Scarborough Open Air Theatre and public transport.
